About Us

Both directors, Jen & Kacey, were born and raised in the Lower Mainland. Both are mothers of two and have juggled careers and family for over 12 years each. Combined, they hold over 20 years experience in many different industries.

Jen Bruce

Jen attended college for her Administrative Assistant diploma as well as her Medical Office Assistant diploma.  She has worked in the customer service, administration, medical, solar, construction, concrete and real estate industries.  She has been working as an executive assistant/personal assistant for over 7 years - and enjoys assisting people and making their days run a little more smoothly.



Kacey Bruce

Kacey attended college for her Administrative Assistant diploma and has worked in the construction, accounting, medical, mechanical, and customer service industries.  Kacey has worked as an  Executive and Personal Assistant for most of her career, putting over 7 years experience into assisting others.
